To promote the development of those physical and moral qualities that form the basis of Karate

To educate people, through Karate, in the spirit of better understanding themselves as well as others around them

To enhance, cultivate, and develop self-discipline, respect, cooperation, self-esteem, goals setting skills, and positive attitudes within students

To create and maintain a training atmosphere that develops helpful, positive and friendly social interactions

To improve each Karate practitioner physically, and to enhance within them a greater nobility of spirit, by embracing honour, tradition, loyalty and integrity

To advance the desire for student's to attain a healthy lifestyle

To promote high standards for techniques and concepts taught

To provide criteria that adheres to the traditional Goju Kai Karate curriculum
