Public Classes

Public classes last approximately one and a half hours.
Training breakdown: The first twenty minutes of the class is dedicated to stretching and warming up. This is usually followed by some kata (forms) for another twenty minutes.

Following a short break students are put through a series of drills for another twenty minutes to develop technique, power and speed.
The remainder of the class is used for Kumite (sparing) and/or fitness work.
