Whether you are a female interested in studying Traditional Japanese Karate, or wish to increase your own personal security, AGKK provides self-defence services designed to help meet the security needs of Women in today's society.

Traditional Japanese Goju Kai Karate is a perfect Martial Art for Womens' use. In the hands of a practiced female, even the simplest Goju Kai technique can be capable of diffusing the most powerful opponent. Women are able to apply Goju Kai by using very little natural strength. These qualities combine to make 'Goju Kai Karate' a form of self-defence without equal.
